The colours of contemporary style interiors are neutrals, black, and white. Black is often used for grounding and defining a contemporary style room. The palette is often punched up and accented with bright and bold colours that play against neutrals. African Traditions are expressed through music, art, dance and sculptures. It’s a beautiful culture with a lot of traditions and elements that we are going to combine with elements of the beach and ocean. Camps bay is located between the azure Atlantic and the Twelve Apostles mountain range. It’s known for its white sand and amazing views. The perfect place to build a home and put down roots. The house will be filled with a lot of natural lighting and light furniture and decoration. African art will be interpreted in the beach house. This creates a very modern yet comfortable environment. It also brings you closer to the country’s culture and makes you feel more at home.

This beach house will definitely be one of a kind!

Our vision for HOUSE VAN BINSERGEN Street is a simple one. We want to maintain the integrity of what is existing & use clever design tactics to give the overall space a makeover & facelift.

The changes we will make will be strategic & carefully curated so that they will create a noticeable difference in enhancing the homestead. We will repurpose a lot of the existing furniture and use them in new and exciting ways. The overall look and feel will be light and airy. Hence, the colour scheme will mostly be a neutral colour pallet however the living and dining room will be the statement area of the house with luxurious incorporation of emerald green as the accent colour.

We are so proud to showcase this project. Our client Anja de Lange won a competition hosted by Anna Giorgina Interiors and as part of the winnings, our design creatives transformed her Home Foyer into a spectacular and welcoming space.

A perfect explanation of what we have envisioned for this interior. Keeping the tension, as high as possible, 

It almost seems contradicting, but somehow, we get excited by this untense atmosphere. Darker hues set the tone for a luxurious feeling,

This is then enlighten with aesthetic elements for lighter contrasting colours to bring life into the space.

Concept Exploration:

A space in which you arrive often speaks volumes about the destination in which you are headed. A wave that crashes on the shoreline directly reflects the intension of The Seemeeu lift lobby, An intense wave that crashes calmly into the lift lobby strives to bring the calmness, tranquility and happiness of the ocean into the space providing peace from the rest of the building. The Lobby area serves to be more than a functional corridor. When visiting this space becomes an experience.
